Long-running Houston-area dog race park closes after 28 years


Gulf Greyhound Park, a gambling staple since 1992 in La Marque, is shutting down effective immediately. The track will surrender its gaming license and cease to operate. Here is when HISD will resume classes for the 2020-2021 school year

The wait is over for Houston parents, as the Houston Independent School District released its highly anticipated 2020-2021 schedule on Wednesday, July 15.
