McDonald’s goes green with return of fan favorite Shamrock Shake


This week, I reached out for a returning classic, the Shamrock Shake, and its new spinoff, the Oreo Shamrock McFlurry, at America’s No. 1 burger barn, McDonald’s, with 14,000 restaurants coast-to-coast, up, down, and all around. Houston home sales and prices saw modest increases in 2018

Homes sales in the Houston area ticked up between 2017 and 2018, a trend that spanned much of the state, according to the 2018 Texas Real Estate Year in Review report by Texas Realtors. In the Houston-The Woodlands-Sugar Land area, home sales increased 3.3 percent from 2017 to 87,129, and the median home price rose 3.1 percent to $235,000. Beloved Montrose coffee shop soars with new owner and ethical brews

One of Montrose’s favorite coffee destinations has reopened with a new owner. Canary Cafe has taken over the former Inversion Coffee space at the Art League of Houston (1953 Montrose Blvd.).
