A beloved Houston cultural center is poised to receive a massive makeover and rejuvenation. Houston home sales and prices saw modest increases in 2018

Homes sales in the Houston area ticked up between 2017 and 2018, a trend that spanned much of the state, according to the 2018 Texas Real Estate Year in Review report by Texas Realtors. Beloved Montrose coffee shop soars with new owner and ethical brews
