Casual Montrose Italian restaurant may soon take flight


Night Heron may soon fly away. Agricole Hospitality is seeking to sublease the space that’s currently occupied by its Montrose bistro. Co-owner Morgan Weber confirms the listing but adds that the company doesn’t have a specific timeline for when the restaurant will close. Houston home sales and prices saw modest increases in 2018

Homes sales in the Houston area ticked up between 2017 and 2018, a trend that spanned much of the state, according to the 2018 Texas Real Estate Year in Review report by Texas Realtors. Beloved Montrose coffee shop soars with new owner and ethical brews

One of Montrose’s favorite coffee destinations has reopened with a new owner. Canary Cafe has taken over the former Inversion Coffee space at the Art League of Houston (1953 Montrose Blvd.).
