Justin Bieber changes tune with North American tour coming to Houston


Pop superstar Justin Bieber will embark on the Changes Tour in 2020 — a tour that will include dates in many football stadiums, including NRG Stadium in Houston on July 2. The tour, announced January 28, is in support of his fifth studio album, also called Changes, which will be released February 14.
