Dallas-based souffle restaurant deflates in Houston


A Dallas-based restaurant that specializes in souffles has closed its Houston location. Rise n°2, a “salon de souffle and wine bar,” served its last meal on Tuesday, January 28. Opened in the summer of 2016, Rise earned acclaim for its wide variety of sweet and savory souffles.
