Acclaimed TV chef’s eagerly anticipated new bakery heats up in EaDo


EaDo’s eagerly anticipated new bakery will make its debut next month. Kofferteria will open November 15 at 1110 Hutchins St, chef-owner Vanarich Kuch announced. As CultureMap previously reported, Kuch, a Top Chef: Just Desserts veteran best known locally for his time at Tiny Boxwoods, will draw both his professional experiences and his Cambodian heritage to create the cafe’s menu.
