Familiar downtown tower peps up with new major makeover


Downtown office workers, take note: A familiar tower will soon see some major upgrades, developers announced. Total Plaza, the 35-story structure located at 1201 Louisiana St., will receive updates to the tunnel, street, and second floor lobby levels, according to Brookfield Properties. Renovations will include new floor and wall finishes, new lighting and ceilings, modern finishes in the elevator cabs and lobbies, upgraded furniture and security console, and new signage on the interior and exterior…
