Haute Houstonians kick off season with wowing event for working women


It signals the end of summer and the start of Houston’s party season — and it’s always a killer party. Dress for Success Houston (DFSH) and Women of Wardrobe (WOW) recently celebrated the 15th anniversary of the annual Summer Soiree at Tootsies.
